You must agree to the Balcombe Serviced Apartments terms and conditions before booking.
Terms and Conditions:
Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the full fee is payable to confirm your booking, on either a Visa or Mastercard.
Cancellation Fees:
If cancellation of a booking is received in writing, within 60 days of booked arrival, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $100.00
If cancellation of the booking is received in writing, less than 60 days before arrival, no refund of deposit will be given.
In case of a no-show, guests are responsible for full payment.
No refunds will be given for early departure.
Payment:
Credit card held will be debited on day of arrival for full payment, unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival.
Our apartments are fully self contained and all linen is supplied except beach towels.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside apartments or the garages.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, excess cleaning on departure will be charged at $50.00 per hour to credit card held.
